When should I have a wheel bearing repack service done?
A wheel bearing repack should be done every two years or every 5000 km, whichever comes first.
Is there any regular maintenance that I should have performed on my roof?
A yearly inspection should be done to make sure that there is no cracking or peeling of the sealant on your roof (This is more important than some people believe, water entry from the roof can cause severe damage in a short period of time). Every roof needs to be resealed at some point, all dependant on the up keep of each roof individually.
What is your service charge to come to my RV?
If your RV is located in the Drumheller Valley we have a flat $60.00 service rate to travel to your location and then our hourly rate starts once we start working. If you are outside the Valley we charge an hourly rate to travel to your location with no minimum charge, and then our hourly rate once we start working.
With you being a mobile service company, is there anything you cannot service?
Right now we are not set up to install 5th wheel hitches, as well we are not certified to do chassis (engine) work on motorhomes. Other than that we are fully equipped to service your RV in every other way. We do have a large variety of stocked parts as well to accommodate most every situation.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We are set up to accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash and Cheque. We try to make it convenient for everyone.
Will your company accommodate Extended Warranty?
Yes we would be happy to work with your extended warranty company to make sure your repairs are completed.
Will your company perform insurance work?
Yes we will work with your insurance company to perform insurance repairs on your RV.
What benefits do I have to use your mobile service in comparison to a service shop?
One of the main benefits would be that we come to you, you don't need to pack up the RV to bring it to a service centre. As well when you have to leave your RV at a shop a lot of the time you are waiting weeks for the phone call that your unit is ready for pick up, if you our mobile service you still have access to your RV if there is a chance we have to wait for parts to finish the repair.
